Do you have a free trial?
Yes, everyone gets a 30 day free trial with access to all our features. Additionally, if you stay under 50 active monthly subscribers, the app will remain free. Once you pass 50 active monthly subscribers, you will be asked to confirm a recurring charge, but you won't be charged until you hit your first 30 day mark.
How does your money-back guarantee work?
We want to make sure you feel you're getting your money's worth. If you feel that the return on investment in using the app is not great, we will refund you with no questions asked.
How do I know how much I'll be charged?
We charge you based on the number of subscribers receiving messages in a given month. From the billing section of your settings, you'll be able to see your current active monthly subscribers and which pricing tier you fall into. What do you mean by "Monthly Active Subscribers" or "Monthly Subscribers Receiving Messages"?
We want to make sure that you're getting charged for value delivered and that we are also doing our best to help keep your subscribers charged (Ex. smarter delivery to reduce spaminess). That's why we charge you based on "Monthly Subscribers Receiving Messages" or "Monthly Active Subscribers", which both mean the number of unique customers who have received a message for your 30 day billing cycle with us.
How does your pricing compare to e-mail and other web push and facebook messenger products that charge by impression or sent/delivery?
On average, each of our shops sends an average of 6 messages to their customers per month. This number continues to grow as we ad more features to provide better and more relevant messaging for your customers, but even at an average of 6, our pricing is generally more affordable than apps that charge by impression. We always want you to feel like you're getting a high return on investment using our app. That's why we are happy to give you a no questions-asked refund if you feel that your return on investment is not worth it.
